How do you use the e-Box Tilt & Table as a Coach?
“One of the features it has is the ability to show video and do playback, mirror 1-2 cameras, replay it, or split the screen in half. We focus the camera on 2 different angles, and different positions. It provides real-time feedback, where players can see themselves. This shows them what they are doing and they can see it from 2 different angles. This is extremely helpful to develop their skills or to correct mistakes.”
How does the e-Box Tilt Table help your team?
“We use it ahead of practice by adding the lesson plan to it, then the screen shows it immediately - we don’t have to copy it! It saves us 45 mins in planning. We use the screen mirror option from our device, or save it to the Google drive and import the plans- no more copying the lesson plans! It shows it right away! Such a huge time saver. We can save the changes to lesson plan also- it is immediate! It is so much more efficient.”
How does it save time during practice?
“We use various templates on the whiteboard software, so the players can look at their plan for that day. Then the players can keep a tally and see who is working on what- this saves time and helps us give feedback. We have a visual of what they are doing, what was done in the past, and what to work on in the future. It keeps the records for you.”
What problems did it solve for you?
“Since it is mobile, it is fast and easy to work with. One issue it solved: for our 2 courts in the middle of the gym, they didn’t have a tv since they were in the middle, but now we can roll the mobile cart over to the courts that don’t have a tv or an outlet. We can move the screen right into the players’ line of sight and move it around the court to get a different angle. It’s not locked in 1 spot, and we can move it where we need it quickly.”
e-Box Benefits: “We like the large wheels; it’s easy to move across the concrete and wood floors. We have 3 different types of floors here, and it rolls smooth across all our flooring types, and it locks in place.”
e-Box Benefits: “We like being able to raise it and lower it for the players height or lower it to store it. We have a variety of age groups here, so the height option helps the players.”
e-Box Benefits: “The efficiency of displaying the training plan is awesome! We don’t have to do any plan rewrites! We can write a plan right on the board and save it there. (Or show it from our phone). It saves so much time!”
