Warranty & Refund Policy

Who is covered

This Limited Warranty extends only to the original consumer purchaser of the covered product in the United States and is not transferable except where prohibited by law.

Products covered

This Limited Warranty applies to products purchased directly from Thomas Regout or an authorized seller for personal, family, or household use in the United States.

What Thomas Regout will do

If a covered product is found by Thomas Regout to have a defect in materials or workmanship during the warranty period, Thomas Regout will, at its option:

• repair the product;

• replace the product with the same or a comparable product; or

• if repair or replacement is not reasonably available, refund the original purchase price paid for the defective product.

Any repaired or replacement product will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or ninety (90) days after repair or replacement, whichever is longer.

What is not covered

• normal wear and tear;

• wheel damage, wheel wear, and other wheel deterioration resulting from use or usage, including abrasion, flat spotting, cuts, deformation, impact, overloading, or similar operating conditions;
• damage to wheels not caused by a defect in materials or workmanship;
• cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality;
• damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, or improper handling;
• damage caused by installation, assembly, maintenance, repair, modification, or use not in accordance with Thomas Regout instructions or applicable documentation;
• damage caused by improper storage, transport, unloading, or environmental conditions;
• damage caused by use with incompatible parts, accessories, or third-party products;
• products that have been altered or modified without Thomas Regout’s written authorization; or
• damage or failure not caused by a defect in materials or workmanship.

Costs not covered

Unless prohibited by applicable law or otherwise expressly agreed by Thomas Regout in writing, this Limited Warranty does not cover:

• labor costs for removal, disassembly, installation, reinstallation, or on-site service;

• expedited freight, travel, lodging, or similar expenses; or

• damage to property, loss of use, loss of time, loss of revenue, or other incidental or consequential losses.

If Thomas Regout confirms a valid warranty claim, Thomas Regout will pay the cost of standard outbound shipping for any repaired or replacement product sent to the consumer. The consumer is responsible for shipping the product to Thomas Regout only if Thomas Regout requests a return and only as described in the warranty service instructions below.

How to obtain warranty service

To obtain warranty service, the consumer must, during the warranty period:

Do not return any product unless Thomas Regout instructs you to do so. Thomas Regout may require return of the product or defective part for inspection. Thomas Regout will provide return instructions if a return is required.

No unauthorized extensions

No dealer, reseller, distributor, agent, employee, or other person is authorized to modify, extend, or enlarge this Limited Warranty on behalf of Thomas Regout.
